The clients wanted a functional family space with the inclusion of an adult entertainment area.

Achieved by utilizing the island and sea views as the main entertaining area in the centre of the room.

The glass is used to reflect the views of the sea.

Extra large stainless steel handles are specified to carry through the seamless feel of the room.

Creating the Illusion of space was the main goal of this project.

The deep window cill provided space to house the wc fittings and frame to achieve the result of a wall hung WC
